    "The world is too small in Vorarlberg". Austrian ex-vice-chancellor Hubert Gorbach in a letter to Alistar [sic] Darling, looking for a job...
    "Let me break this down for you, fresh from algebra II. A 95% chance to win 5 times means a (95*5) chance to win = 475% chance to win." Wiglaf, Court jester or hayseed, you judge.

      Is there a limit to the # of city and leader names?

        More leaders for Romans:
        Valentinian I,
        Stilicho,
        Aetius,
        Belisarius,
        Narses,
        Heraclius. (Should be the last Roman before they came Greek).

          Right Lord Merciless. I'll add them though no one ever will have so many leaders

          Ribannah: At least the system doesn't crash with so many cities, I've tried that out.

            I'm not so sure. In my current Persian game, I have already 10 leaders by 1200AD.

              Shouldn't it be
              Rome = Roma
              Pisa = Pisae

              to make it more roman?

                  My point is:
                  you should make up your mind and call all the cities by their english name or call all the cities their original homeland name. I vote for the original name...

                    Pisa was a typo actually, it's been changed in the BIC.
                    I had all of my lists done with the "original" names, but others convinced me to keep the English style which Firaxis used, at least for the most important cities.
                    I guess I'll open a poll on this.

                      I've updated the lists.
                      They now should have the native names.
                      Please check it, I could have overlooked a few things

                        Does Londinium = London? Two cities for one.

                              Hagbart: Thanks for your comments. Pisae has been changed in the BIC file and on my homepage. Sometimes I forget to update one or two things here. Thanks.
                              You're right, Londinium should be out. (Done, in the BIC file )

                              Maximus? No way I will bow down before Hollywood. Maximus would make a ridiculous Roman leader. The Shmollywood story has as much to do with history as the dirt between my toes (after all it's the dirt of a historian ).
