Abraham Lincoln, or George Washington?

Southerners won't like it, but Lincoln is the obvious choice for ruler. Washington is first and foremost a military leader, so that should be his rightful place in the game, along with TR, Grant, Eisenhower, Jackson.

A case could be made for FDR as the ruler by those of the liberal persuasion.

It was Lincoln, or at least, the Civil War, that transformed the United STATES into the UNITED States -- and for the purposes of Civilization, that does it for me
