  • Do the Germans actually only have 16 citynames defined?

In the BIC-files I've worked with Germany only has
    Berlin
    Leipzig
    Hamburg
    Konigsberg
    Frankfurt
    Munich
    Heidelburg
    Nuremberg
    Cologne
    Hannover
    Bremen
    Stuttgart
    Bonn
    Salzburg
    Dortmund
    Brandenburg
    as citynames
    Can this be true?

For the one with the game: Can you add more names with the editor?

I could also add some, the problem is that I don't know if the current editor allows you to do so. Why is everyone with the game ?

That's about exactly the same cities as in civ2, the same stupid English names(Cologne, Munich etc).

I was a little dissapointed about the use of the english names too. I think I can alter them though (the editor seems to support that, I'll have to see).

I'll also test if Civ 3 supports umlauted letters. I love umlauts. Helll, I spell my last name with an umlaut (it is Brömmer in case anyone wanted to see...Ooooh, scary I've released my last name on the internet...the goblins are coming now!). Thank you [ctrl]-[c] and [ctrl]-[v].

Every mod contains a BIC-file which contains the cityname lists.
