Cleopatra the Egyptian?
Perhaps my history is a little shakey in this area, but I have generally been under the impression that Cleopatra was perhaps not an Eqyptian. Wasn't she decended from/related to Ptolomy I, a Macedonian?

I don't even understand what is so special about Cleopatra? She had a small impact on the Egyptian culture, she certainly wasn't a great ruler, she fled from combat at the battle of Antium, and killed herself in the end. Wow, great leader.

One thing you have to follow though is the "rewrite" versus "replay" history angle. If you were in control of Cleopatra, maybe she wouldn't have been such a pathetic ruler.Comment
