  • Too-late remark: Arab civ

After just remarked the absence of the Arab civilisation. I am surprised to not seeing the Arab civ in the numerous civ possibilities since it was (and still is) one of the most important civ. Medieval Europe got a technological boom when coming back from crusades. Turks are also part of the arab general civilisation I think, and also had a huge impact in many ways.

Expansion pack! Mods! Whatever. Something to add more civs!

Note: I love the unique civs. This post is just to support the whiners and complainers who want more.

          Hebrews aren't covered?...

Aren't Hebrews covered somewhere in "Babylonians" which covers Hittites, Sumerians, etc, etc.? They were exacty in that time and geographic emplacement. And especifically Hebrews isn't coveing alot (even if they had some influence with time by influencing other alot of other civs) and are veeery specific... They are inserted in some general civilisation/culture, so they aren't kindda out, as Arabs.

yes, instead of generalizing that area into 'arabs' they generalilized it into 'babylonians' just think of it as all the same and go on your merry way..

Ooh, don't you Dare say Hebrews are a branch of the Babylonians!! The culture is completely different, and all us Monotheists would love to see things turn out differently for them.

Different culture? Sorry, my culture isn't great about Hittites, Sumarians, etc, which are the culture Firaxis meant by the term "Babylonian".

                      Hebrews? Why?

They have never really been an own state for a long time, and even now they are f***** things up where they could have at least TRIED to make peace.

They did have an impact, but the diaspora spread them far and wide, not really giving opportunity for a seperate state. I think that it is good to give people independence, but not in the way the British did it. Too much bloodshed over such a small arid piece of land.

                            Arabs

For Arabs, I would have put something within religious, scientific and maybe militaristic. But it would maybe demand some changes on other civs , like if they'd become scientific and religious which is Babylonian, who could become scientific and militaristic.
