Will city names be limited to 15 characters?

Anyone know? Or can I finally use "Valley of the Ghosts" as a city name?

This reminds me of a humorous bug in Civ2 that I found a few weeks ago. I haven't seen it posted by anyone else so I'll describe it.
1. take a spy and investigate a city, a city screen pops up.
2. click the rename button and rename the city to whatever you want (eg: dumbville)
3. click ok and the name sticks

It doesn't give you an advantage but it'd be very funny to do in a MP game. Anyways I know people are probably going to post "I've known of that bug the 3rd day I had Civ2" but I'm proud that I discovered it independently.

BTW - Is firaxis going to leave it out in Civ3, it's funny to have it though.
