Press 'Print Screen' (or possibly 'PrtScrn' or any other possible abbreviation) to take the screen shot. Post it in any Paint program ('Paint' in Windows will work). Press 'Ctrl-V' or select 'paste' from the Edit menu. Save as a jpg. or other small file-type. At the bottom of your post there is an option to add an attachment. Clcik that and then select your picture from wherever you saved it.
