How about if we move the trash talk here so we don't clutter up the "Collection of Links and DARs" thread?

In any case, your claim is a bit exaggerated. Consider Rome's aqueducts and colosseums, and the fact that it was under Roman, not Greek rule that monotheistic religous belief became widespread.
And then there's the little fact that in our game, it was Rome, not Greece, that poneered the development of philosophy and a code of laws.

/me is rightly chastised for trash talking in the wrong thread. The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

(that certainly seems to be Nathan's modus operandi in this game... watching the score turn-to-turn is daunting!)The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

It occurs to me... we Greeks should be getting a little encouragement from the ownership. The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.
