Dom, I thought there must have been something wrong since I didn't get any replies!
I'd better check with the administrators - may be something to do with my name change

Why not just tell us our % scores? You can tell us actual answers later.

Damn that's just a bit too hard for me. Some of them I have down pat (calculating combat odds, all the civs and their UUs), but most I just have no idea on. Great idea Dom, but I gotta bow out of this one.
Found myself guessing too much on the 'max shields/trade/productivity'etc possible. I rarely get far enough along in the game to see all the effects on these things anyway.

How else can Dominae get enough data to create reasonable statistics. If only the cracks reply (the ones who know all the answer ), ...
But I do agree the test is hard! I made some 'calculated' guesses for about 80% of the questions!
Given the difficulty (ie, we guessed all the answers!), and the fact that there are an average of 6.1 possible responses per question, the average score will probably be 8.2 out of 50.

When I got to about question 25 I just suddenly felt like I was in an Honours lecture class for a subject I had never heard of before. That kinda depressed me a bit - not sure why. Are there really that many out there who know much of this by heart?

I think because many of us live in a culture where competition is ingrained in almost anything we consider "serious". Not knowing something is considered a sign of great weakness, despite the obvious fact that no one can reasonably be expected to know everything. To sit in a class where you're completely lost concerning the subject matter is not a good feeling, even when you're just auditing it!
This is I believe why many people refuse to take this test, even though it's just for fun and the grades mean nothing.

No, and that's kind of the point.
And her eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming...
You have made me reconsider, Dom. I will think about it as I do the rounds looking for a new flat over the next few hours.... The thing that cheered me most was that you were referring to the editor!
Oh, how I wanted to open the editor for all those questions that I should have known the answer to but didn't!
