  • Dominae's Civ3 Quiz!

Test your knowledge of Civ3 and Conquests!

One thing that has been distinctly lacking from the Apolyton University is a standardized examination. Although the faculty feels that AU students are learning at a tremendous rate, there is simply no procedure for evaluating their knowledge. Enter the first Apolyton University Quiz!

Never heard of Apolyton University? Take the quiz anyway! Can you trounce Sid level blindfolded without ever switching out of Despotism? Well, here's a real challenge!

The quiz is multiple choice, and comprises 50 questions.

    Rules:

    1. This is a closed-book examination. You are not allowed to consult any outside sources to answer the questions (including the game itself, the Civilopedia, this and other forums, etc.). The only thing you should use is "what's between your ears" (i.e. your brain). This quiz would be too easy if you could look up all the answers.

    2. No conferring with other students. Your fellow students are a great resource, but for the purpose of this exam you're on your own. Please do not post anything revealing in this forum; if you have any questions PM or email the examiner (me).

    3. There is not time limit to this examination. However, it should ideally be completed in one or two sittings, otherwise you might inadvertendly break rules #1 or #2 above.

    4. If you wish to be graded, you must either email or PM me your answers. You must use the following format:

    [question number][whitespace][answer letter][line break]

    For example:

    1 a
    2 b
    3 c
    etc.

It is very important that you stick to this format because I will be using a program to automate the correction process. Please do not post your answers in this thread (or in any other thread)!

    5. I will be returning your results individually, and posting statistics publicly. Thus, there will be no public recognition of your success/failure. I hope that this will discourage cheating (since cheaters are typically interested in either easy rewards and/or recognition - there's no reward here other than personal satisfaction).

    6. Again, if you have any questions (like, pointing out a fatal flaw in one of the questions), email or PM me instead of posting here!

Important: Unless otherwise stated, assume unedited Conquests version 1.22.

    Good Luck!

When will the questions be posted? I'm leaving for a holiday tomorrow, about 17:00 GMT, and I would like to take the test. I know that I will not get the results.

                EDIT: Thank you.
