My suggestion therefore is when you write your DARs to include not only what you did but what you plan on doing. That way people will understand the logic of your decisions much better.

The Temples will help avoid flips, but they are not as urgent at Monarch, IMHO. Also, building a Temple in the capital makes a palace jump less efficient. His city placement is not strict RCP, so he's not taking full advantage of the corruption reduction. Another thing that bothers me about Theseus' game is that he already has Horseback Riding, which will slow his mounted buildup.
