    AFAIK yes - for ground units; no - for air units -- but I am ready to stand corrected on this...

      That was my understanding also, but am also ready to stand corrected...but will need good prove. In all honesty, I very very rarely let the AI ever get to flight, so I have witnessed very few air to air combats.
      It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple
