Go to the Great Library Index. Look under "O" for OCC. Click on the Paulicy and you'll find pretty much everything you need to know. Also make sure you look at oedo's revolution years discovery, and samson's research-cost and key-civ-for-research posts; they're particularly important in OCC. -
