      yep, i have come across very few games which hold up to civ 3 in replayability, even after all these years

      best video game purchase i ever made

                  Classic is often misused...........but not in this case. I play a lot of games, but there is no other I have played for 7 years and counting.

                      I used to be a Pyramids guy, then went through a Sun Tzu phase, but have since learned the
                      Joys of Happiness.

                      Hanging Gardens makes virtually any game approach more viable. And if I can only have one WoW and can't have HG, I would rush to Mike's Chapel.

                          If I was going for a later game, non-AC push, I'd consider Adam Smith and Magellan.

                          But I agree with the general thought that you build best on early advantages.

                              Classic is often misused...........but not in this case. I play a lot of games, but there is no other I have played for 7 years and counting.
