Yes. This investigation of the "wonder bread" trick has shown that triggers (as we defined them for Supply and Demand list changes) are the same events that causes the unblocking of limbo-ed commodities. This linkage is an important finding, I think. It allows some degree of control over the timing of both resupply and commodity changes.
