Auto Build, My way

I recall somewhere, someone posted about a method of setting up the game so that when i instruct a city to auto build it would build things in the priority that i assign. It had something to do with changing a .txt file i think. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

The caviat is that this works with only the domestic advisor, so no units (caravans or military units) can be added to the list.
