From some SP tests it seems one veteran Ju-88 squadron sinks a veteran battleship 20% of the time, and two squadrons succeed 100% of the time. However, the casualties report says no Ju-88's were lost in his turn. (just the facts)
I did not lose a single Ju-88, Stian, but the planes were heavily damaged but I thought even if I would lose one plane and damage your ships so much that I could sink them with a nearby Cruiser
Jim, there is no way you gonna convince me you managed to sink the ships without reloading. But since thats not considered cheating we continue the game...
Here is my report:
USA:
-Two Ju88's shot down west of Hamburg.
-Copenhagen bombed.
-Cherbourg, St. Nazaire and Bordeaux captured.
--Pearl Harbor bombed empty.
The battle for central america is allmost over!
-Panama City, Bogata, San Jose and San Salvador captured.
England:
-Attack on Rockhampton, killing a Marine.
-Aden attacked and burned to the ground.
The struggle to liberate Europe is turing the continent into rubble!
-Paris and Stuttgart attacked and burned to the ground.
-Prague, Vienna, Belgrade, Leipzig and Copenhagen captured.

Stian, I never reload as I consider that cheating myself. I was simply lucky, that´s all (and your BBs weren´t at 100% strenght). Anyway, let us game on.
2 Panzers IV and one SS Infantry Division are totally destroyed. No survivors. The Heads of the Generals who lead the Divisions were sent to Reichstag.

Japanese landing craft approach the Australian coast just outside Melbourne.
Dazed Australian prisoners being marched to a POW camp after the rout at
Melbourne.
Imperial Marines march through the Australian capital.
On schedule, the amphibious task force that captured Perth landed at Melbourne on the 7th of November. The result was an absolute rout: our veteran marines wiped out two petty infantry divisions, one commando battalion, and one marine division inside the city in two days of street-to-street fighting.
At the same time as our landings, aistrikes launched from Rockhampton emptied Canberra, wiping out one commando battallion and one marine division, as well as two unescorted engineer battalions outside the city. This allowed Type 97 Shinhoto tanks unloaded in Melbourne after its fall to secure the Australian capital on the 11th. Another division of Shinhotos attacked Sydney, and its commanders were shocked to find that the best unit in its garrison was an infantry division at 20% capacity! Judging by this, Australia's largest city will surely fall to our victorious troops next month.
Counterstrike in Hawaii
A downed B-25 on Oahu.
Knowing that we had no chance of defending Hawaii directly, the Imperial general staff agreed to leave it with a token force and let the Americans think they had succeeded, only to wipe them out in a counterattack. Unfortunately they weren't foolish enough to put their surface ships in port or even land their troops, but kamikazes from Wake Island at least managed to destroy two P-40F Warhawk squadrons on the ground, and shoot down one B-25 squadron.
In other news:
- One grounded B-17 flotilla and one infantry division wiped out on Cuba.
- Alma-Ata emptied again. Apparently the Soviets can't take a hint.
- Minor bombardment of Irkutsk, wiping out two motorized infantry divisions and one infantry division.
I actually moved a few units on the western front before realizing it, and restarted.
Anyway, I'm just delaying the inevitable, believe me. Germany's finished. Incidentally, did you know I was coming in the south of Australia? I was surprised to find much of anything in Melbourne, not that it mattered.

Not really, but i did suspect your forces that took Perth would be up to something. I tried to keep a good defence in all my cities. Not that it helped any..
