    One more technical question,

I live in student flat with guy, which of course love Civ. We have local network and common IP number in internet. Are there any problems if both of us want play in the same MP? Other words: may two players join to game from the same IP?

    thx for your help

Never tried that... we have a network in our house, but each machine has it's own IP address.

We'll try it in future. At the moment my friend is hard learning and waiting for evening game to incite me

Our comps have own IP each in our network. I think possible reconfiguration of ports on our router will be sufficient. We'll examine it.

I think, trust and honesty are base of great fun. Is any satisfaction from dishonest win?

                        I think isn't.

hehe......and thankfully he shared that info....nothing worse than an altered rules.txt or some other cheat to make you feel like you have wasted your time

Yeah... I've never seen the purpose of cheating. It would seem to take all the fun out of it...

And yes war... back then, we would normally use the cheat for the game it was discovered in, and then start a thread on the subject, never using it again. In one fourway game with me, MWHC, rah, and Xin Yu... Xin was finding a new cheat/bug like every 20 minutes... and sending out king chat messages like, "you aren't going to believe this" or "you have to try this"

The early years of the game were a blast.

Is it true that Civ3MP automatically connect and find available online players? I heard about it. If it isn't rumour, it is very comfortable!
