The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Four Aussies are scheduled for play on Friday nights:

Put this to one side.
Normally on Sat nights Hydey is NOT available (although he's been a bit more available lately)
My idea for starting a new 5 way last Sat night was to cover the possibility that all 5 Aussies might show, including new recruit Trev. If one didn't show we played any way with the AI taking over.
Unfortunately Hydey started the game with FOUR civs:
Horse
Trev
deity
Hydey
But if finbar AND Hydey show tonight we have a problem!
I suggest that if all FIVE players show we start that 5 way I originally suggested. Horse and Trev were badly effected by Barbs in last Sat's first session so I'm OK for this restart, but as a FIVE way.
We mneed to welcome Trev into the Aussie group to add a new dimension. He's a good player and will add to the playing possibilities and stop Horse from buying MOO or whatever it was.
Horse is the most reliable showing on every night of the week; finbar on many nights; deity on Fri and Sat and sometimes Thurs; Hydey on Fri and Trev on Sats.

That's a real shame. Trev never found his CV. Deity has gone all hang dog.

Back again! Went out to get a new iMac, came home with a new eMac. Exactly the same specs, et al, as Mrs finbar's new iMac except $1400 cheaper. The only difference is the type of screen and how the machine looks.
Best of all! I found Civ 2 MP for Mac on the shelf in the games section! Must be the only one left on a shelf in a games section in a computer shop in the world!
