USSR Defeated, Russian Republic Created!
WASHINGTON- The Soviet Union was defeated by the Great Union between Nato, USA and China and SEATO. This great victory over a tyranny goverment was easily won, as the Communists began begging for Mercy. The Congress has showed its Proposed Terms over the defeated USSR, to the New Republic.

Treaty of Warzaw
These are the US proposed terms to the Defeated USSR. Following Cities Fall under NATO Protection:
Berlin, Dresden, Warzaw, Gdansk, Tirana, Zagreb, Belgrad, Krakow, Riga, Minsk.

The Following Cities Fall under US protection: (Europe)Budapest, Bucharest, Lvov, Odessa, Kiev, Sevastopol,Rostov and Baku.(Asia)
Palana, Petropavlovsk.

The Following Cities fall under Chinese Protection: Vladivostok and Kharbarovsk.

The Following Cities fall Under SEATO Protection:
Tehran, Krasnovodsk, Baikanur, Tashkent, Alma-Ata, Karaganda.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Republic is reduced to totally 900.000 Infantry(100-150 Units) and the Nuclear Arsenal is to be Given to US or Nato or be Destroyed.

Sadly, something has come up and I have to quit the PBEMS I am in. I cannot commit myself to attending any at this point, and for the next two months at least, starting tomorrow. I'll be at the scenario league forum from time to time, as well as checking this thread, so it's not like I quit Apoly or anything. I wish my successor the best of luck. Its been really nice playing with you, maybe we can try again some other time.

Russia don´t accept these terms. I haven´t talked with the new SEATO´s prime minister.

Considering SEATO did no real fighting, this seems awfully generous...AWFULLY.

Not too much happened this time, the troops are comin´ home and everybody is happy with the outcome of this conflict because NATO casualties were extremely low. To avoid the typical post-war depression NATO has intensified its civil infrastructure buildup program.
