Um, no, they won't. With CivDip, the units disappear entirely. With CivCity, the units remain, but they are owned by the original owner of the city, while the city is owned by the new owner (American units inside a Soviet city, I'm not kidding).Originally posted by EmuGod

I meant in a live game. If Darius were to play as the USA, he would know exactly what units would be in the city, because he can look at the American cities so that way I would have to give you back all of your units.Comment
