Sorry for the delay here, but we're having an issue in the Xmas Imperialism PBEM. I just wanted to get the last information there before deciding wether to continue playing PBEM where Galvatron is involved.

Well, I won't. It's him or me as I strongly condemn cheating (in my opinion it just ruins multiplayer communities).

Please let me know your opinion now.

After lengthy negotiations, Russian and French diplomats had drafted a mutual protection alliance to ensure the balance of power in Europe. The Tsar hopes the recent upheaval in the French cabinet will not legitimize this agreement.
