Wow, I just looked at the scen and it's looking great!

Just one [hypothetical] question though: if I nuke every city in the USA, as well as destroying all their airbases and subs, how will there be any MAD? Without MAD it's unrealistic.
                Unbelievable!

Ready to go. Like I said in the other forum, China will stop at nothing to achieve the ambitions of the ruling party... er... I mean, the legitimate aspirations of the chinese people and their comrades around the world.
II. 193 And fight them until there is no more tumult and oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease, let there be no hostility except to those who practice oppression.

To be honest, at least in the first turn you don´t have enough nuclear bombs to nuke every USA city. However, i understand your point... and I think that i can´t do anything to solve that. That´s how civ2 works.

Don´t you remember our civfanatics History PBEM? You strike first, you destroyed Germany. Did germanos have a chance to counterattack? NO
And we are talking about a WW1 game...

Anyway, I think that signing a Non-proliferation treaty would be a nice start...

To be honest, i had some problems with maximum range movement, road multiplier...
And a few minutes ago, i noticed that some units (especially armoured vehicles) don´t have "enough" movement capacity...

Do you think that I should increase the movement of some units?
