first: Henrik, i suggest you haven´t read the entire thread. the bug with the european unit in Kanggye was explained i guess a page before. there i pointed out i would change it for the release version.

and norway, puh, i don´t know why it´s part of the european union. i may change it too for the release version.

Annual Christmas Message

BRUSSELS - In his first Christmas Message as the President of the European Commission Jim Panse wished "Merry X-mas to all the people on the earth", anouncing that Christmas is a feast for all mankind. "I wish everybody peaceful days."

According to his election speech Jim Panse also added that hte year 2003 will see a more interacting European Union in order to "create a more peaceful and prosperous world".

Sorry, but the new set of Rules doesn't work with my game. I copied the rules text from the webpage and saved it into my notepad as "Rules" and now I keep getting error messages.

i won´t believe you valuk! i tested the rules.txt file before i posted it in this thread. on my pc it works without problems. anyone else who´s got troubles with the rules.txt?
