Britain welcomes Germany to the Oceanic alliance!
As a gesture of goodwill Britain will join Germany in it's campain to secure the low countries.
As this was technicaly an act of aggresion (although obviously in practice in was merely a pre-emptive strike in responce to France's grossly unjust ultimatum
)
Brtain will not hold the other members of the alliance to join in this war, athough she does encorage them to do so (especialy if they want a share of the spoils!)
