Military coup in Russia! The Domovina gazette writes:

A young slavic aristocrat in exile who has been quite popular in court recently has seized power from the "incompetent degenerate fools who were ruining the country with their debauchery", the Romanov family.
Rumour has it that the coup happened due to Valuk's usurpation of the foreign minister's chair. He had been negotiating with the Germans, to whom he ahs now lent a hand in friendship.

The minor ships of the Kriegsmarine have been assigned the duty of patroling the coast of the continent between the Basque coast and the coastal waters of the Fatherland. Kawa Yannes took a freighter to Italy only to be greated by a rude diplomat. Consequently, he has filed to Italy to fire this idiot and replace him with someone who actually realizes that we are allied. (Yop, set your attitude to Worshipful)

Jmarks, it was because you played with the old version (my fault ) with a 1/3 multiplier and then when the next player played with a 1/8 multiplier the AI had some extra movement in every unit and moved them, regardless of ctrl-n. This has happened in any game where rules files didn't match up.

will it help if JMArks plays his turn again with the new version or not (my guess is it wont) or should I play my turn now?

It would fix it if he replayed it, but I'm sure it had a small enough effect for you to play.

yeah, go on ahead, just got the correct version, and all those units can be reigned in. Its no biggy.

O.K. slight problem: as soon as I started my turn and tried to move a frieght it came adjacent to a German unit and the stupid A.I. decleared war on me! I hadn't realy done anything so i guess it's OK for me to replay it: Germany please set your attitude to Cordial or so otherwise we'll have an unintended declaration of war, I'll just try to avoid all german units for this turn...

Ok, even if the AI declares war just set your attitude to worshipful at the end of your turn and I'll make peace with your AI next turn.

good point, but i've played the turn now and paed the AI off with 1000 gold, so I'd like it back please!

peaceful trade convey traveling into France dismayed by French troops blocking the way, waits for them to move out the way. ships with trade goods enroute to france diverted, North Sea Naval Exercises continue.
Unabe to fulful deal with Italy as attitude needs to be set to worshipful.
