Umm, just want to get one thing straight, there is no house rule against techtrading right? As long as it's not for example 'British tanks'.Yeah, Moe, that team sure did suck last night. They just plain sucked! I've seen teams suck before, but they were the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked.

The Soviet Union will have to change the rules file for their next turn. They will start their turn normally and save it as 2194.sav. Then run 2194Days.bat and select option 2.
