I don't think alliances should be changed at all, but I'm ok with an exception in the case of China.
BTW I forgot to mention that another reason not to have unit gifting is that Lend-Lease is simulated by freight, which can be dealt with by German and Japanese submarines and ships. Unit gifts would just get "beamed" over to the receiver.Comment

I agree with Darius about Lend-Lease and the Freight
OK, here it is:
*There is NO changing of alliances except with the case of Japan and China
*There is NO trading of technology or units
*Money can be traded by anyone to anyone, also a way to show Lend-Lease
Is that ok for everyone?
