Okay, I decided to get the game starting and took over the Ghaznavids instead of the Samanids. I hate to do this, because I think the Ghaznavids should be played by a more skilled player than myself, and if anybody joining in later is willing to play the Ghaznavids, he can do it and I will return to the Samanids. As I don't expect this to happen, I will of course play as if I wasn't going to play the Samanids later on. I will of course not play both civs.
At least we've won some time now until somebody else joins in. It's your turn, yop.
I hate to make this announcement, but I will be off from Thursday afternoon until late next week. I learned of this departure only today, I'm sorry. I hope some players will be interested in this game soon enough to fill my spot. If yes, just play.Follow the masses!
