Furthermore there is a very good understanding between Spain and France so there will be no Napoleon capture Madrid. Bucharest Captured! As the Russians decide to join the feeding frenzy in Austria the ancient capitol of the Bulgars was captured and liberated from the corrupt and inept Hapsburg so called Empire.
