We already played 2 times with 3 players. Just need to start it with a few more players.

Well I finished my updated ww2 scenario I'm looking to play it again!

I've tried my best to make it so that even with all the bonuses a city isnt ever impossible to take, or way too easy to take.....well as best as that can be done.
