It happened to me in one game, Bythe time Ihad walked all the way around the world trying to find land connected to the pole finbar had been killed by Makeo so I still didn't come last.

Civ Health Warning: Selecting The Yellow Civ Before Makeo Does Is A Health Hazard.

If you had started on the pole in that game it would have taken longer for makeo to find you.

Actually, it's probably a good way to play Makeo. Someone - a willing sacrifice - selects the Yellow civ. Makeo gets so angry that his only priority is to find and attack the culprit. Meanwhile, everyone else targets him.

Makeo is easy to deal with if you hit him early. Playing people who are out to get you is very fustrating after cannons & explosives are discovered.

Post a map of the terrain you use to play... I refuse to believe anyone plays on the maps AH makes.

We just use random, don't know what AH did to you.

Yep. We don't customise maps. I'd be very surprised if Horse did for any of his games.

Horse is very lazy , I don't think we would use the time needed to customise, 3 seconds is 3 seconds

You would think Horse would pass on his great formula to success.
