Euro Saturday diplo game - Admin thread

I start this thread to admin the Euro Saturday diplo game starting 11 AM EST (4 PM GMT) each Saturday.

The game have following rules:

We follow RAH rules with the following changes(overrides) and adds on.

No bribing at all(unit bribe can be very sick, because the bribed unit can move twice in a round).
Techtrade OK but no techstealing.
No wonders.

No early killing(no attacks before 2000 BC)

I want to start later today it's so fine weather here in Sweden, so planned some outdoor activities . Can we start 2 hour later, noon EST?

I will be there on ordinar start time so we can agree if we should delay the start.
