Yeah, that's really one of the things they need to "correct".Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I can't believe it. I go to take a cheap shot at you and get shot out of the water in less than an hour. Heck of a place for him to drop that little tidbit. Congrats, obviously they were reading some the stuff earlier on.

well this is better in the long run.....war just doesn't happen anymore in civ2...just minor skirmishes...... not realistic...
i hope people start defending....with stacked combat i expect alot of cities to fallBoston Red Sox are 2004 World Series Champions!

The kitten approves of this addition to the game
BETTER would have been a severe limit to the size of a city built on a mountain...due to lack of flat building space, the trouble of getting stuff there and the lack of water on top of a mountain. ETC cos my point can develop on its own...
Mountainous cities that spring to mind are generally INCA cities...and a bunch of smelly spainards took them out (I am in Spain as I type!).

There are cities in mountains all over the world.
You're all thinking about Everest or something.Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

In civ2 mate on the world.mp the mountains where the alps, some in norway, caucacus etc...not really know for their massive cites.
Virtually all cities are coastal and/or on a river...not stuck oin a hill with limited building space...the difficulty of transporting stuff up their for trade etc.
You just want to keep your multiplaying mountain cities...
