Eh? Hydey never said he wanted to come. Must have lost the power of speech. Melbourne is 1100kms from Sydney, or about 12 hours drive.

on this page you will find Horse saying this

"But anyway I thought it would be better if you stay in Melbourne and then we contact you on icq. If you played up I was looking forward to sending, "Oh go and have another pie Hydey!" and "Yes thank you finbar, I'll have more of the 78.""

Perhaps I did say I was coming Horsey

Tell you what...Lancer (you know, Horse's buddy?) and I are getting together this Saturday. We'll eat some nearly raw meat and drink some good strong beers ...

... I can assure you, there will be no mincing around the living room, Pink Chablis in hand, pinkies extended, as we play a sad game of one upmanship and name dropping! There will be no finger sandwiches, no ambrosia, no abstract art or shocking nude sculpture, unlike the den of horrors I imagine these so called "chosen ones" found themselves in!

Ahh a good old fashioend Aussie BBQ,,, how does that old song go,,

"When the summer sun is shining
                    On Australia's happy land
Around countless fires in strange attire
                    You see many solemn bands
                    Of glum Australians watching
Their lunch go up in flames
By the smoke and the smell you can palinly tell
                    That it's barbie time again.

                    Chorus
When the steaks are burning fiercely,
and the smoke gets in your eyes,
your snags all taste of fried toothpaste,
and your mouth is full of flies.
                    Its a national institution,
                    its Australian through and through,
so come on mate, grab your plate,
                    lets have a Bar B Q.

The Scotch eat lots of haggis
The French eat snail and frogs
The Greeks go crackers over their mousakis
And the Yankees love hot dogs
The Welshmen loves to have a leek
                    The Irish love their stew
But you just cant beat the half-cooked meat
At an Aussie Bar B Q

                    Chorus again

There's a fly stuck in the margarine
The bread has gone rock hard
The kids are fighting and the mozzies are biting
                    Who forgot the Aeroguard?
Ther's bull ants in the esky
And the beer is running out
And what you saw in mum's coldslaw
                    You just dont think about

                    Chorus again

                    And when the barbie's over
                    And your homeward bound again
With a queezy tummy in the family dunny
                    Many lonely hours you'll spend
                    You may find yourself reflecting
                    As many often do
Come rain or shine that's the very last time
                    You'll have a Bar B Q

                    Chorus again .......... "

It's called attribution, Sneak. One day, when you're quoted, you'll understand. Good grief, even the "reply with quote" option in these dang forums acknowledges attribution.
