    Hydey, I don't doubt Steve Waugh thinks he's up to it. I just wish Mattie Elliot could get his head together. He's got a lot more ability. Pity about his brain.

          He backed his eye against the quite amazing pitch. He won. A couple of his 6s were simple slogs. It's an incredible pitch. Tendulkar was bowling his offies, they were turning two feet, and Mongia was taking them over his head.

              Well, surely a case of art reflecting life. Apart from that, you're a greedy bugger. Hydey did all the hard yards against the Persians - albeit slowly - and he should have had first crack at the Americans. I'd've been prepared to wait. And wait.

                Where on earth do you get that idea? I could hardly leave the Americans rampaging on the same island as my recent German conquests. They attacked me, I acted in self defence. The idea of reserving the Americans for Hydey was never discussed with me.

                    Sounds like you want a sort of mafia game where you, me and Hydey carve up the "territories". Can I be Bob Trimbole's horse?

                    Okay, if you want to play it like that, why don't you take the Indians and Hydey can take the Zulus (who are closest to him).
