    Patch 1.3

    I am looking for the 1.3 patch for Civ2 MPGE. I recently had to wipe out my computer, and last night was the first time I attempted to play online (I had forgotten that I needed the patch). However, the patch is no longer at microprose and the Zone link to the patch does not work. I did find version 1.2 patches at a couple of sites, and lots of places to upgrade the original civ2 to version 2.42, but nowhere could I find what I needed. Anyone out there who can help me?

        I had tried www.civ2.com (I had also seen that recommended to other people looking for the patch), but that just takes you to some advertisements for other games by the evil hasbro.

        This link took me to a page with some broken pictures links, a couple of them claimed to go to ToT stuff, but they didn't take me anywhere.

        But it should be ok now, I believe I have finally found the proper patch right here at apolyton.

            The original Microprose support site still provides several versions of the 1.3 patch...
            Perhaps their server was down?

              That was what I was looking for to begin with, but could not find it. oh well, i'm all set now, anyway.
