MP Gaming Sugestion: Points System?
I know there has been a lot of complaining over time about two problems:
1) very few games make it to modern techs
2) games between very skilled and very green players are rarely played, or finished
Why not set up a system of handicaps, wherein players can choose to start with certain advantages, such as techs, units, gold, cities, settlers, what have you...
This way, you could, for instance, choose to have extra units, but start out behind in techs...or whatever...
Also, this might make games more challenging for some of the veteran players.
Any ideas? Comments? Suggestions?
