finbar and I had an icq chat about this but I post as well to help any others who play by e-mail...
OK, finbar opened the save correctly as Shaka in 1782;
you don't press enter;
the end of turn flashes if all units are stationed and there is nothing to move; until you select a unit by unfortifying it etc...
You never press enter:
open as you;
move units, do microing;
(press alt or option) SAVE;
Quit out:
Send it on
NB If you do press enter it runs thru all the other civs and the AI has their turns and it gets back to you a turn later, ie 1784...
