Sometimes when i play, i find my self with just 15 citys, while my opponent got 25 citys, and 10 more tech than me. (this is just an exampel)
What is the best way to win a game like this?
I reckon your prospects depend very much upon whether you are playing multiplayer (MP)aginst humans OR single player (SP) against an AI.
If you are playing against humans; then outnumbered 25 to 10 cities and 10 techs behind, you are probably dead. With solid defence of Pikemen, Musketeers, Riflemen; you can often fight the person off for several hours; but ultimately they will bomb, bribe, howitzer or nuke you.
If the 25 city tribe is lightly defended; (i.e. he/she has 25 cities because built settlers skimping on defence) you may be lucky and can overwhelm by numbers. Consider all out assault on enemy city with a happiness wonder and make sure enemy city destroyed rather than recaptured. For a peace making wonder; you must aim to keep city.
If playing against an AI; steal as many of those 10 extra technologies as possible. Study its attack pattern; and prepare killing ground(s) where it will exhaust innumerable units attacking your well defended position(s); build up a large offensive force and then (using ships) strike in force landing behind its lines. If you can take out the capital; you may be able to bribe many of those 25 cities.
There are one or two weaknesses which you can exploit. For instance if in nuclear age; consider building a small city between pairs of your main cities (large wealth cities are prime targets for AI nukes) and put the SDI defence in the small city. The AI will repeatedly waste two to three nukes a turn on your larger cities (which will be protected by the AI in small city if within 3 squares).
Don't forget to look for allies; a coalition
attack will cause a human to slow down while an AI is more likely to offer peace.

Oh no another finbar, more concerned with spelling and grammer, than he is with content.
Content's irrelevant if it doesn't make the slightest sense, Hydey.

Your spelling and grammer is fine, I had no problem understanding any of your posts.
Some other people (finbar) have a serious phobia when it comes to spelling.
I am led to believe he is seeking help for his problem, we all wish him well.
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits
Most Norwegian folk speak English, and many speak it more "correctly" than a lot of us here in the States. But that does not invalidate our local dialects which are correct enough as they are.
Jeg snakker ikke Norsk særlig godt, but I do enjoy the differant slants on Engish from other countries.
But an Aussie complaining about English grammer is an interesting thing in itself

You have Nordic blood in your veins? An American (?) speaking Norwegian is too much of a coincidence... BTW, when will we resume our game with Carnide and Kengel?
kent-jo,
Which wonders do you have, which does Carnide have, what kind of world are you on (lots of water or land, continents or archipelago etc)?
