What is the Civ2 port number for MP, and is it TCP or UDP?

Ages since I've played, now a friend and I want to have a one-on-one game -- and the Zone no longer supports Civ2!!!

Can anyone give me the port number I'd need to specify to play Civ2 with an ADSL router? Also, is it TCP or UDP?

(Me, I know nuttin' 'bout these things, but my tame computer guru tells me I have to find out before he can help us...)

Use netstat to find out such things

In a ms-dos window (command window) you can type netstat and get all info about active and pending connections. Great tool!
