galvy, old spain cant do nothing! I have blocked the Tangier Sea Way, and have a transport in Gibraltar, loaded with troops, ready to land!

Britain: Spain is interested in instituting democratic reforms, and I'm willing to buying the Democracy tech in exchange for 400 gold and/or a defensive alliance. The same offer goes to France for Republic, but Democracy is preferred.
Russian reforms seem to be going very slowly, due to the shortage of workers, and riots in 2 major cities. So fat there is very little progress in the economy, and money is very short. Russia askes all the foreign powers for loans of money, or perhaps an exchange of some sorts... The only good changes so afer are: first of all the road system in the south is being improved, and therefore the army will be able to move more efficietly, and secondly, the army is almost ready for the planned attack in Romania. The lack sea fleet have been ordered to move to the coast of Romania and is on the way now. The Northern fleet was ordered to move to denmark, since the situation with denmark/sweeden becoming German have not been aproved by the RUssian government yet. So to sum up, nothing major, but I'm running out of money soon, so any help is apreciated
