Good point.

There was a very small discussion a while back after I brought it up following a game with War. I don't recall anyone objecting there either, but the discussion didn't really get going IIRC.

Yeah, i've done that to deliver the diplo for the tech steal at a critical moment.

I have no problem with two cities using the same special... I remember we were the ones that originally posted about it years ago.

i always count my blessings...especially when its a whale at the beginning of the game

But it is rare since our tiny rocks seldomly have a land wrap.

like i said i count my blessings..b/c it is so rare and if its going to happen its usually in the mid game when you find it

i remember the first time i encountered it...i wondered if i could squeeze four cities around that whale....so i plopped three and four down at the same time and was horribly mistaken to find out i could not

well i didn't realize there was a limit...i mean if you can use it for two cities , why not three....or four for that matter....

the key was i over thought...........

when two cities can use the same resource....its conceivable to think another city could do the same thing.....

thankfully there was some other decent land around there, so it wasn't a total bust
