Civ II Collector's Edition

Anyone have an idea what this mysterious Civ II Collector's Edition could include? Is it simply the original Civ II that has been released again under a new name at some point? Or is it like the Civ III LE that you get a tin for your teabags or biscuits?

Big blue box, with Classic Civ2 + CiC CDs, boni being a pencil and a writing pad ... rather BS ...
