The Hunt For Red October, perhaps?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Justify how, Horse? You mean the logic (as per the real world)?

This from the person who was the first to bribe one of my ships!

Myrilin (whatever) cash please, in small bills.

Bribing in the modern era is perfectly realistic. Here's the price list:

-African republics: a shipment of armaments to an ambitious colonel will suffice.
-Former Russian presidents: a few cases of fine vodka. Daily.
-Banana Republics: the amount of dollars that a CIA agent can carry in a briefcase.
-Switzerland: for gold, they'll turn a blind eye to anything.
-The chancellor of the worlds third largest economy: 30 million DM
-The president of the number one nation of this planet: a few fancy tricks with a cigar will do.

And I'd bribe one of your ships again if the need arose, Horse. The fact is, if you remember, you didn't realise ships could be bribed. Ships are just another unit.

My question is, if you stack two ships, does that render them unbribeable?

This one doesn't have the legs of the Building on Mountain Hexes, Horse. Not controversial enough. Time for your next one, bub.

Yeah right, name one ship that was bribed and changed sides in a war!

The HMS Hermione, perhaps? In 1797, I think?

Oh Great - a ship MAY have been bribed in 1797. That really clinches the argument
