Minor annoyances with Microprose patch
When I install the patch (patch 3 - 5.4.0f) it makes Civ II more annoying. First, it makes this casualty timeline window pop up after every turn with carnage. That bugs me, but I can put up with it. But here's the clincher: it plays the WONDER BUILDING SONG. Deeeh di di di di di deeeh Now THAT is annoying. Is there anyway to turn off that box????

I think the latest patch included a "suppress casuality timeline" option.Either in game options or multiplay options.
I often wander off to la-la land between turns so that herald of wonder completion is useful to me.Not sure if it can be turned off or notThe only thing that matters to me in a MP game is getting a good ally.Nothing else is as important.......Xin Yu -
Where do you get these patches? There don't appear to be MP Update patches on this site.
