Additional Mge Patch Question

Ok, I posted this before, nobody seems to be answering, and its really killing me.

I install the Mge patch, yet cannot get the scenatio editor found in fantastic worlds.

Any ideas anybody as to why?

What MGE patch ?
Are you talking about MGE 1.3 or my no-limits add-on. If it is the latter, I think I can help.

I understood that this referrred to an earlier thread in which the Cedric 'upgrade' patch was the subject

In MGE the editor is contained within the Cheats menu.
