Can anyone suggest a good modpack?

OK, I know this has been done before for scenarios, but I want modpacks (ie that alter most/all of the advances/units etc.). Can anyone suggest one or two of the good ones? I have v2.78 (FW version), tho' I supposedly have MGE somewhere.

HiRes2.
Beautiful new graphics and some new techs and units when used as a mod.

The only thing that matters to me in a MP game is getting a good ally.Nothing else is as important.......Xin Yu
