I'm in favor of Hydey going and KH going after him.

Can someone PM KH to notify him?

Vlad Antlerkov is now left to be the last pre-AC ruler of the Aztec Empire. So here goes...

AD 1883- We launch an attack on Warwick. Cuba will be ours before we reach Alpha Centauri. Oh, and I decided to take Canton. Might as well kick those Chinese out of Central America.

AD 1884- Peace treaty signed with Germany.

AD 1885- We have the Cure for Cancer! Yay! Taking a page out of the AI's book, I launch missile attacks (from a yellow submarine ) on Warwick and Wood Lake. Now, I just need some more paratroopers...

AD 1886- Caliztlahuaca builds the Manhattan Project. Oh, and Rasputin, why didn't you tell me you were building that? I mean, come on, the Brits and Sioux have Advanced Flight, and Rocketry isn't far off. Thanks. On the upside... we were able to have a spy smuggle a nuke into Canterbury. Then we drop a few tank brigades in there... And there was much rejoicing.

AD 1887- Oddly enough, our new subjects in Canterbury like us. Strange, considering that the city got nuked. The threat of global warming is receding. Yay.

AD 1888- We take Warwick. An aerial offensive against Nottingham is underway.

AD 1889- Wood Lake is taken. Cuba is ours. What'd I tell ya? The Sioux agree to a peace treaty. The few lovely maidens in Canterbury and Wood Lake have been shipped off to Tenochtitlan.

AD 1890- The citizens respond to an increase in the luxury rate with mass celebrations.

AD 1891- The ship lands. And there was much rejoicing.

                    And the stats?

                    Final score: 1431
                    Rating: 143%-- Montezuma the Mighty

                    Approval Rating: 81%
                    Population: 35,280,000
                    GNP: 6359 million $
                    Manufactured Goods: 960 MTons
                    Land Area: 1,917,000 square miles
                    Literacy: 96%
                    Disease: 5%
                    Pollution: 630 tonnes (5th)
                    Life Expectancy: 71 years
                    Family Size: 3.5 children (2nd)

                    Annual Income: $800 per capita
                    Productivity: 71

Vlad Antlerkov retires to his villa in Antlergrad, with all of the lovely maidens.

                      Woo hoo!

Thanks to all who played! That was an enjoyable way to civ, altho it might have been a bit more challenging if some of the AI civs had started in better positions. All the same, a good game!
