Some help finding files

Hey all..

Could anyone point me to a good site to find new icon files (to replace the game units)? Once I get them where would I put them? Thanks in advance.

Are you using Test of Time or an older version of civ?

Where you put them is in UNITS.BMP (ToT) or UNITS.GIF (MGE).
